Twilio is excited to announce the public beta launch of the Intelligent Discovery AI Assistant. This innovative Assistant enhances the Console UI by allowing users to interact with their messaging data using natural language. It offers comprehensive troubleshooting capabilities, provides personalized recommendations, and seamlessly connects to live support agents when necessary.

Twilio Messaging customers can now take advantage of our most advanced messaging traffic monitoring solution, Intelligent Alerts. With the use of anomaly detection models, Intelligent Alerts monitors messaging traffic in real-time looking for abnormal patterns in your error code volumes. Notifications can be configured within Messaging Intelligence pages.

The new Personalized recommendations will analyze your messaging traffic and provide actionable steps to enhance deliverability and performance based on common issues we observe in your messaging traffic. Personalized Recommendations are now available in Public Beta to all Twilio Messaging customers using the Intelligent Discovery AI Assistant in Messaging Insights. 

Understanding your messaging performance has never been easier. Our Deliverability Score, accessible within Messaging Insights, offers a snapshot of your traffic's effectiveness. With subscores for Sent rate, Compliance, Fraud, Latency, and Engagement, you can pinpoint areas for improvement and optimize your strategy.

Voice Insights Advanced Features customers who are also Branded Calling customers can now view the Branded calling metrics in Voice Insights Call Summary and Call Summaries APIs. The new fields will be available within the Trust property of the API.

Ongoing updates to Programmable Voice TwiML processing behavior are communicated via the Voice TwiML Changelog. 

We are excited to announce the availability of top no-code partners in the Twilio Marketplace, offering pre-built solutions to help businesses get up and running quickly with Twilio technology. Our partners provide seamless integrations to enhance your communication capabilities without the need for extensive development. Several partners are offering special discounts to customers coming from the Twilio Marketplace. For instance, Aircall is providing two months free, while SpokePhone, Avochato, Salesmsg, and Textedly are offering two-week trials. Additionally, we are pleased to highlight that SpokePhone can now be purchased using your Twilio account, making it even easier to integrate and manage your communications solutions. This update enhances your ability to leverage Twilio’s capabilities through simplified, prebuilt solutions, saving you time and development resources.

We roll out releases gradually over the span of a few weeks. If you have automatic Flex UI updates enabled, you can now opt in to have new minor releases applied to your Flex instance as soon as they’re available. We recommend this on accounts used for development or testing purposes to explore new features right away.

Existing SendGrid users can now take advantage of the Unified Login feature that lets you use one set of user credentials to log in to all Twilio products. As you login to SendGrid, you will be prompted to either link your existing Twilio credentials or create a new Twilio user.

With the new Unified Login feature, you can manage user settings across your Twilio services in one place in the Twilio Console. This feature allows you to easily sign up for another Twilio product and have a seamless cross-product navigation experience.

This will be rolled out over the next few weeks to eligible SendGrid users. Your SendGrid email and Twilio email must match to link successfully. At this time, linking multiple SendGrid accounts to one Twilio user is not supported.

You can now search, filter, and sort Content Templates based on their language, the type, the date it was created, and the contents within the template!

 

Use these search and filter parameters to easily find and manage your templates. You can use these to quickly identify templates and their approval status using whatever filter is easiest for you prior to sending them out. You can also see what channels the templates are approved to be used for.
